MEET BETHANY
Practicing yoga for more than 15 years, I am driven to share its benefits with others. Through professional practice in a 200 hour training I cultivated an expansive knowledge of yoga postures, anatomy and customizing postures to meet the needs of all students. I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle? I offer private or small group instruction to individuals. Located in Anne Arundel County, MD, I am happy to travel to students. Whether you're a group of girls planning a weekend getaway and would like to integrate a yoga practice into your weekend or a couple who would enjoy a home practice during the week. I teach to all ability levels. Contact me to set up your yoga session.

The essence of our life is that it flows. Our yoga practice helps give us the tools to learn how to go with the flow. Slow Flow is all about moving meditation. We flow in and out on postures at a sweet easy pace. We slow things down and focus on moving in a way that feels nourishing to us. We flow in and out of yoga poses, exploring what feels good to our body and finding a sense of acceptance for our body just the way it is. Slow Flow classes are a beautiful expression of slow graceful movement. This class is perfect for everyone.

My Vinyasa flow classes are a great place to start for people who are new to yoga. Based on two basic sequences, you'll be sure to catch on in no time. In this style of class, we move through postures fluidly together, focusing on breath and movement. Contact me to set up a private or group class.
YIN YOGA
Refresh and Renew
Yin yoga, is a nourishing and relaxing practice that increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility. This is a great class for people who have an active fitness regime and want to work their deep connective tissue and for individuals who are new to yoga.
